| According to official production records, Ford built 2,641 of these georgeous cars which you could buy from your local dealer for a whole $590. Extras, like outside rear view mirrors, a second tail light on the passenger side and a rack to hold a steamer trunk in the rear were luxuries back then. A heater was more of a necessity because the side curtains (no crank up comfort here) let in as much cold air as they kept out.
Your kit contains the highly detailed resin components necessary to create an accurate representation of this car. You'll need an AMT 36 Ford kit to finish it up which you can find at eBay, your local hobby shop or craft mart if you don't already have one
This kit has already received the recommended 24 hour Bleche Wite soak and final wash, plus all flash has been removed for you which will save you a ton of time and tedious work! All that you have to do is trial fit all parts, finish sanding, prime and paint the color of your choice! |
